If you wish to receive a settlement payment as part of the class action settlement in Almanzar, et al. v. LPQ USA, LLC, Index No. 604206/2025, you must login and provide the information requested.

This Claim Form must be submitted no later than January 19, 2026.

The records of Aurify Brands, LLC and/or Convive Brands, LLC (collectively, “Defendants”) indicate that you were employed as an hourly worked at a Le Pain Quotidien restaurant in the state of New York between June 30, 2020 and December 31, 2024. By submitting a Claim form, you are choosing to receive money from a settlement in the lawsuit noted above, and which was brought to recover wages under the FLSA and the New York Labor Law.
